We are seeking a skilled and compassionate ENT (Otolaryngologist) Physician to join our team. As an ENT Physician, you will provide comprehensive care for patients with conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. Your expertise will be crucial in diagnosing, treating, and managing various ENT disorders. Join our team and make a significant impact on the lives of our community members.

Job Responsibilities

• Provide medical care in a high-functioning outpatient environment.
• Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose and treat conditions related to the ear, nose, throat, and related structures of the head and neck.
• Perform in-facility procedures related to ENT conditions as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-specialty practice colleagues to develop and implement personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Educate patients on their conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Explain test results, diagnoses, and treatment plans clearly to patients.
• Refer patients to primary care and specialty providers when necessary.
• Complete all necessary documentation, including progress notes, prescriptions, encounter forms, and referral forms.
• Provide consultations to other practitioners within the center.
• Supervise the patient care activities of paramedical personnel assigned to work with you.
• Participate in in-service education for other healthcare practitioners at the center.
• Adhere to infection control measures in accordance with OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens standards and center policies and procedures.
• Maintain a professional, courteous, and respectful attitude in all interactions with patients, supervisors, and other employees.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Medical School.
• Board Certified/Eligible in Otolaryngology
• Completion of Otolaryngology Residency Program.
• license to practice medicine in New York State.
• Proven ability to manage multiple, fast-paced patients in a high-volume setting.
• eCW : Experience using eClinical Works (eCW) electronic health record system or similar platforms.

Working Hours

• Part-time
• 8-10 Hour shift
• Monday to Sunday
