• Join 4 board-certified ENTs and 2 Nurse Practitioners
• Fellowship training welcomed
• Call 1:4
• $600,000 base salary + RVU production bonus (uncapped)á
• $75,000 signing bonusá
• $60,000 retention bonus ($20,000 paid at the end of year 1,2,3)á
• Quality bonus potential 10% of base salary with a max of $50,000
