Charleston Area Medical Center was established in 1972 and is a nonprofit, 1,103-bed regional referral center made up of six hospitals: CAMC General Hospital, CAMC Greenbrier Valley Medical Center, CAMC Memorial Hospital, CAMC Plateau Medical Center, CAMC Teays Valley Hospital and CAMC Women and Children’s Hospital, as well as the CAMC Institute for Academic Medicine and the CAMC Foundation. Job Responsibilities
Provide medical and surgical interventions for rhinologic conditions, including functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS), septoplasty, turbinate reduction, and nasal reconstruction and surgery for anterior skull base disorders.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including allergists, pulmonologists, radiologists, and neurosurgeons, to ensure comprehensive and integrated care for patients.
Stay abreast of advancements in rhinologic medicine and incorporate evidence-based practices into clinical care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and best practices related to rhinology within the department and institution.
Qualifications
Residency training in Otolaryngology (ENT)
Fellowship training in Rhinology
Board certification or eligibility in Otolaryngology
Eligibility for medical licensure in West Virginia
Demonstrated expertise in the medical and surgical management of rhinologic and anterior skull base disorders
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Commitment to patient-centered care, teamwork, and continuous professional development
