Otolaryngology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Day 8 Pay Rate: $227.95 - $246.75

This facility is seeking two Otolaryngology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details & requirements for this opportunity:
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
  • Setting: Clinic.
  • Types of cases: The provider will be seeing patients, conducting new consults and follow ups. The provider will also be doing minor procedures in the clinic.
  • Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days.
  • Certifications: The provider must be Board Certified or truly Board Eligible.
  • Licensure: Must have active Oregon and Washington licenses as the provider will be seeing patients in both states.
