This busy ENT practice, located at a top-ranked 240-bed hospital, sees over 18,000 office visits per year and is seeking a dynamic BC/BE ENT to join its growing group to help keep up with high patient demand.
Position Details:
• Extremely busy ENT practice with over 18,000 ENT office visits per year
• Bread-and-butter cases - subspecialty interests welcome
• Allergy focus would be a nice complement to the team - 16,000+ allergy visits per year
• Robust support staff including dedicated MA's, NP's, and audiologists onsite
• Optimal clinical efficiency with EPIC EMR
• New graduates welcome to apply - highly experienced ENT's happy to provide mentorship
Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive 75th percentile never-ending base salary plus $67/wRVU
• 7+ weeks PTO, signing bonus, relocation stipend, residency/fellow stipend
• Student loan reimbursement of $180k
• $700k+ proven earnings
