This busy ENT practice, located at a top-ranked 240-bed hospital, sees over 18,000 office visits per year and is seeking a dynamic BC/BE ENT to join its growing group to help keep up with high patient demand.
Position Details:
• Busy, high procedural volume ENT practice
• General ENT with subspecialty interests welcome
• Allergy focus would be a nice complement to the team
• Excellent support staff including dedicated MA's, NP's, and audiologists onsite
Compensation & Benefits:
• Highly competitive 75th percentile never-ending base salary with production
• 7+ weeks PTO, signing bonus, relocation stipend, residency/fellow stipend
• Student loan reimbursement of $180k
• Earning potential could exceed 90% MGMA
