Kulture Managing wants to offer you the opportunity to collaborate with the growing trend of owning a business with the support of a Healthcare Management Services Organization (MSO). MSO is a healthcare-specific company that provides non-clinical services such as: administrative, management, and human resources to medical practices. This business model is an incentive to both parties involved.
Partnering with Kulture Managing's business structure allows physicians professional freedom and the potential to relish in the important parts of a practice! Physicians gain independence to enjoy practicing medicine while being directly involved in making all clinical decisions for their clinical staff and their patients! Employee staffing, human resources and billing are some of the biggest headaches in any privately owned practice. Highly organized personnel with efficiency, commitment and etiquette are hard to find and monitor! Kulture Managing would do all this for you!
The Physician will be proposed with a structure of clinical staff and a pool of candidates for them to work alongside. Physicians will control the supporting staff (physicians, nurse practitioners and additional medical staff) through their professional expertise. Kulture Managing will invest in all clinical, operational and technological equipment so physicians can deliver high-quality innovative comprehensive care.
By joining a collaboration with Kulture Managing, the Physician will have the opportunity to chart their future by remaining independent and partnering with other medical doctors that offer cutting-edge advances. This partnership with other Physicians, in different or the same specialty, who want to deliver the same high-quality of patient treatment, practice management and support for continuous growth and innovation for the community is our vision! We want to develop a physician-led and patient-centric establishment to make a difference in all patients' lives!
