OPEN POSITION:
ENT Physician - Otolaryngologist
SCHEDULE:
- Full-Time
- 4.5 Days per Week
- No Nights or Weekends
CLINIC HOURS:
- Monday to Friday
- 8:00am to 5:00pm
COMPENSATION:
- $500,000+ Annual Compensation, dependent upon experience and productivity

COMPANY PROFILE:
This multi-specialty private practice is 100% physician-owned and has been serving patients in Gainesville and the surrounding area for more than 20 years. Their service lines include ENT, endocrinology, medical aesthetics, sleep medicine, allergy services, and more. They’re excited to welcome a new otolaryngologist to their current team of 3 ENT physicians, 1 ENT physician assistant, 4 audiologists, 5 endocrinologists, 2 endocrinology physician assistants, and dedicated support staff.
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
This position has significant flexibility in terms of scope. The practice is happy to welcome a new physician for general ENT work, and is also open to subspeciality interests such as allergy, rhinology, otology, and/or head and neck surgery.
The physicians work closely and share resources, including multiple ultrasound machines and support staff.
The practice has a robust audiology department with:
- vestibular testing
- CT scanner
- hearing aid sales and support
- a strong aesthetics center
- and more
ENT physicians typically work 3.5 days per week in the clinic, seeing an average of 25 patients per day.
Surgeries are typically done 1 day per week, with hospital-based volume averaging 2 to 3 cases and outpatient surgery averaging 5 to 6 cases per day.
The practice utilizes the AllScripts EHR.
There are no in-office evening or weekend responsibilities and no hospital call. On-call duties are phone triage only, minimal, and flexibly scheduled (basic ENT only; no trauma).
This position will inherit an established patient base from a retiring partner, as well as have the opportunity to grow their own patient panel and service line as desired.
