Organization Details:
• Turnkey practice - able to be tailored to your specific interests with an aligned & supportive administrative team
• Well-established group of ENT physicians, APPs, & audiologists, affiliated with one of the Midwest's top physician-led, nonprofit health systems
• Current ENTs look forward to welcoming a new partner, whether a new grad or experienced physician
• State-of-the-art clinic space - 13 exam rooms (all have microscopes) & large procedure rooms
• Majority of cases are done in the Outpatient Surgery Center, runs extremely efficiently, as per the current ENTs
• Exceptional in-office administrative & clinical support staff with robust APP support allows surgeons to provide incomparable patient satisfaction & maximize efficiency
Position Details:
• Extraordinarily competitive $600K starting salary floor - a testament to the strong administrative buy-in & support this ENT service line enjoys
• Outstanding overall earning potential with lucrative wRVU compensation model. You will truly have the opportunity to be as busy as you want to be here.
• $200K signing bonus
• 1:6 shared call & no facial trauma call = exceptional work/life balance
