Seeking BC/BE Otolaryngologists with a passion for providing exceptional care with a personal touch and an entrepreneurial spirit. With a mission of improving overall quality of life for patients across the Midwest, this innovative ENT practice is expanding throughout the Midwest including in Indianapolis and Nashville.
The Opportunity:
• Focused scope of practice with an emphasis on breathing, sleeping, and snoring diagnoses.
• Exceptional in-office administrative and clinical support staff with robust APP support allows 80% of procedures to be done in-office.
• Exceptional facilities and the latest equipment and allow you to provide patients personalized, state-of-the-art care.
• Enjoy unprecedented quality of life - no nights, weekends, holidays, or call.
Compensation Details:
• First year guaranteed 700K with ongoing earning potential MGMA 90th percentile or better.
• Outstanding benefits package includes generous PTO, full medical/dental insurance, 401K, malpractice insurance, relocation stipend, and annual CME stipend.
• Relocation expenses, malpractice insurance and additional incentives included.
