DESCRIPTION:

Start ASAP for ongoing coverage for 7-10 shifts per month

· Clinic: M-F, 8am-5pm

· Trauma Call: 1:4

· Cases: Complex head and neck

· Patients Per Day: 14-16 (Adult/Peds)

· EMR: Cerner

REQUIRED:

· Active WI License or IMLC (LOQ in hand)

· Board Eligible or Certified

· BLS / DEA

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)

· Malpractice insurance provided
