· Adult and PEDS cases

· 14-17 ppd in clinic

· Clinic 8a-5p

· Call 1:4

· Clinic, call and OR

· Trauma is included in call

· ***Will also accept night and weekend call without clinic***

REQUIRED:

· WI state license

· BC/BE

· DEA

· BLS

· Covid vaccination

COMPENSATION:

· Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
