Position Overview
Full-time position
4 or 5-day schedule available
ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday - Thursday block every 5 weeks)
Consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program
Epic Electronic Medical Record
Clinic Hours: 8-5, flexible scheduling possible
1 surgical day per week once practice established

What We Are Seeking in a Candidate
Board-certified or board-eligible ENT physician, general ENT practice but fellowships welcome, otology focus/interest would be ideal
Ability to obtain an active license in Washington State
Providers who value high quality care and work life balance
Concise and compassionate communication skills to educate patients and families
Ability to thoroughly document and maintain comprehensive patient records
Being fully vaccinated against COVID-19
