Seeking a BE/BC ENT to join practice._x000D_

- Full-time position_x000D_
4 or 5-day schedule available_x000D_
- Open to 0.8 FTE position or 1.0 FTE position_x000D_
- ENT call is 1:5 (usually one weekend and one Monday Thursday block every 5 weeks)_x000D_
- Consults at two hospitals with a very strong hospitalist program_x000D_
- Epic Electronic Medical Record_x000D_
- Clinic Hours: 8-5, flexible scheduling possible_x000D_
- 1 surgical day per week once practice established_x000D_
- Time off: up to 11 weeks (for full time, five-day production work week after first year, non-immigration status) of time off_x000D_
- Government site qualified: HPSA Score 14_x000D_
- Relocation expenses covered including packing: up to $20,000_x000D_
- Continuing medical education allowance of $8,000 every two years_x000D_
