**Otolaryngologist opening: La Grande, Oregon** **Position Details** - Full-time, permanent - Hospital employed - Dedicated weekly OR time - State-of-the-art TruDi navigation (Acclarent) and operating equipment - State-of-the-art operating rooms to be constructed in the next 2-3 years - Patient volume: Average of 20 patients/day (more if desired); medical scribes available - Work schedule: **4-day work week** - Epic EMR - Allergy testing certified **Compensation** - Very competitive total compensation opportunity (600k+) which includes: - Quality incentives up to $100K - RVU bonus based on annual threshold - Signing bonus of 50K - $8K annual CME, licensing dues, subscription - Student Loan repayment - Full benefits including a 401k match - Paid malpractice **Ideal Candidate** - Hospital is an independent hospital that has enjoyed great success.
