ACADEMIC PEDIATRIC OTOLARYNGOLOGIST

The University of Iowa Department of Otolaryngology is seeking faculty for a position in our Pediatric Otolaryngology Division. Appointment rank may be at the Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor level and to either the tenure track or clinical (non-tenure) track consistent with clinical experience and research interest.

Required Qualifications:

  • MD or DO degree (or foreign graduate equivalent)
  • Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of Iowa
  • Completion of an ACGME-accredited residency
  • Fellowship trained in Pediatric Otolaryngology
  • Board certified or board eligible in Otolaryngology
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and eligible to hold an appointment in the Veterans Affairs Health Care System
  • Applicants must have demonstrated a high level of communication and collaboration

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Experience in the VA Health Care Systems
