Start Date: ASAP – as soon as credentialed (90-day process)

Contract Length: 6 months or longer

Shift Details: 3 days in clinic and 1.5 days of OR (1 week per month) but could use more clinic hours 8a-5p

Weekend call the week they are onsite working and weekday call when they are there

Schedule: 3 days in the clinic and 1.5 in the OR with weekend call (call is not a deal breaker) Physician may have to come into the hospital. The night house officer does help deflect a lot of the call demands.

Work Details:

-Support staff: ACH will provide the support staff

-Amount of coverage needed per month: 1 week

-Patients per day: 30 – 35 a day

-Patient population/age: up to age 21

-Department Description: 4 ENT surgeons and 4 APPs - in the clinic it is mostly new patients

EMR: Epic

Special procedures: lots of ear tubes and T&A(tonsils and adenoids)

Skills required: full spectrum of pediatric otolaryngology
