Job Description:

  • DO candidates are preferred, but will also consider MDs.
  • Provider will be seeing all ages
  • The selected candidate will join a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
  • 15 exam rooms; 3 per doc
  • Medical and Administrative support: 1 PT physician who does 3 days/week; 3 NPs, 2 FT physicians + MAs assigned to them
  • Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.
  • Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend)
  • 18 patients/day
  • ACO clinical wraparound support services
  • In-network specialist referral
  • Point of care lab on site
  • EPIC EMR
  • Not accepting Locums candidates

Compensation and Benefits:
