Job Description:
- DO candidates are preferred, but will also consider MDs.
- Provider will be seeing all ages
- The selected candidate will join a group of experienced Family Medicine physicians and Nurse Practitioners.
- 15 exam rooms; 3 per doc
- Medical and Administrative support: 1 PT physician who does 3 days/week; 3 NPs, 2 FT physicians + MAs assigned to them
- Enjoy a traditional outpatient practice (no rounding, no nursing homes) caring for the adult population with concentration of preventative and episodic medicine.
- Equitable call (1:4 weekday/weekend)
- 18 patients/day
- ACO clinical wraparound support services
- In-network specialist referral
- Point of care lab on site
- EPIC EMR
- Not accepting Locums candidates
- Not accepting visa candidates
- Not accepting new graduates
- Salary based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
