Job Responsibilities
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details:
Hours: 8:00 A.M. – 5:00 P.M.
Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday
Participation in call rotation is preferred but not required
Work Details:
Support Staff Available: LPN/CMA rooming staff, RNs, Nurse Navigators, surgery schedulers, advanced practice providers
Coverage Needed Per Month: 4-5 days per week
Patients Per Day: 15-20
Patient Population/Age: Primarily female; breast center
Department Description: Full-service breast center with onsite imaging, breast radiologists, surgical oncology, and medical oncology
EMR System: EPIC
Hospital Bed Size: 400
Special Procedures: Breast surgeries including oncologic and benign procedures such as lumpectomy and mastectomy
Skills Required: Board Certified Breast Surgeon
Requirements:
Board Certification: Must be Board Certified in Breast Surgery Oncology
License: Willing to license if not already licensed
DEA: Required
Background Check: Temp privileges can be provided if background is clean
Minimum Experience: Experience in breast surgery and surgical oncology
