The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) will oversee medical operations across all locations, ensuring high standards of medical care and compliance with regulations. This part-time leadership role includes a seat on the board of directors and involvement in strategic decisions. The CMO will focus on maintaining clinical excellence and fostering professional development within the medical team, playing a key role in the expansion of the medical department.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
Finalize and approve medical protocols and procedures across all clinics.
Serve as the final interviewer for provider hires.
Obtain necessary medical licensure in each state where clinics are opened.
Host monthly calls or meetings with medical staff to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.
Attend and participate in marketing activities such as filming and photo shoots.
Approve all medical interventions and systems.
Put all medical accounts under their license.
Attend all future certification courses for new modalities not yet known.
Assist in designing structured CME protocols or APPs.
Participate actively in corporate strategy meetings and hold a seat on the board of directors.
Requirements:
Board Certification in Obesity Medicine or a relevant field of Longevity Medicine, or a commitment to obtain such certification if not already held.
Demonstrated leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Willingness to sign a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement.
Exceptional strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading a diverse clinical team.
Ability to obtain a medical license in the states where clinics are opened.

Qualifications

MD or DO with Certification in Obesity Medicine or Obesity Medicine Certification or Longevity Certification preferred
Passion for Obesity or Longevity, can be licensed anywhere!
1-2 hours a week. Equity in new growing company on the table!
Must be willing to obtain Texas license, client will pay for licensing fees
