We are currently recruiting for a full-time Medical Director for a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly in Mishawaka, IN. The role involves providing medical direction, overseeing participant care, and ensuring clinical outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a Doctorate degree, relevant certifications, and experience working with the elderly population.
Job Responsibilities
● Provide general medical direction and supervision of participant care
● Develop and maintain medical policies and procedures
● Supervise health care and treatment program
● Conduct physical examinations and order tests
● Educate participants and families regarding health maintenance
Qualifications
Doctorate degree
1+ years of experience in ANY of the following:
Geriatric Care
Senior Care
Geriatric/LTC
Valid Board Certified certification/license
Valid Controlled Dangerous Substances (CDS) certification/license
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certification/license
Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification/license
