Full-Time Physician - Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine in Muskegon, MI

We are seeking a passionate Physician specializing in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine to become a part of our comprehensive healthcare practice. Job Responsibilities:

  • Specialize in neuro-musculoskeletal and osteopathic medicine.
  • Provide an integrated healthcare approach to treatment, fostering a holistic view of patients’ health.
  • Utilize hands-on therapies for treating musculoskeletal disorders.
  • Partner with patients to support health and wellness for various conditions.
  • Conduct assessments and treatments for a range of pain management scenarios including chronic pain and sports-related injuries.
  • Mentor and precept ONMM residents, dedicating time for their training and development.
  • Work in an outpatient clinic with inpatient services, ensuring cohesive patient care.
  • Collaborate with lab, radiology, physical therapy, and pharmacy departments, all within the same facility.

Qualifications:

  • Board Eligible (to become Board Certified within 2 years of becoming Board Eligible) or Board Certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine.
  • Michigan medical license or willingness to obtain.
  • DEA certification or willingness to obtain.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications or willingness to obtain.
  • Clean malpractice record is preferred.
  • Must note visa support requirement (J1 or H1B).

License and Certification Requirements:

  • Board Eligible or Certified in Osteopathic Manipulative Medicine - REQUIRED
  • MI medical license (or commitment to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • DEA certification (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (or willingness to obtain) - REQUIRED
