  • Hospital Employed – General Orthopedic Surgery
  • Guaranteed 3-year salary of $750,000 + wRVU bonus during the guarantee period
  • Buy into the outpatient surgery center after two (2) years.
  • $100K for Sign-on, malpractice w/ paid tail, and retirement,
  • Thirty (30) Days PTO + Five (5) Days for CME and $5,000 for CME
  • Manageable 1:5 Call Schedule – Your own PA that assists in CALL!!!
