Job Requirements for Assignment # 108096:
* Arizona state medical license required due to timing
* Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
* Starts March 25, 2025 and ongoing
* Temporary privileges available for physicians with clean background
* Inpatient and Outpatient setting - Scheduled
* Clinic is 2-4 hrs a week for surgical follow ups
* ATLS Required
* Level 3 trauma center, 150+ beds, Medhost EMR
* Reason for need - Department restructuring
