Deaconess Clinic, a thriving multispecialty group of 900+ providers, is actively seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Orthopedic Joint Replacement Specialist w/ Revision to join our expanding team at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY. This is an exceptional opportunity for a talented orthopedic surgeon to contribute to a growing practice in a high-demand specialty.

Position Highlights:

• Full-Time Role: 40 hours per week, with 1:4 call coverage (trauma call covered by the Ortho Trauma surgeon).
• Location: Based at Deaconess Henderson Hospital in Henderson, KY, a community-focused hospital with state-of-the-art facilities.
• Epic EMR: A shared EMR system between all Deaconess clinics and hospitals ensures smooth patient care coordination.
• J1 Visa: J1 applicants are encouraged to apply, as this location is in an underserved area.
• Malpractice Insurance: Comprehensive malpractice insurance coverage provided for your peace of mind.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Guaranteed Salary: $800,000 for the first year, with significant earning potential above the guarantee based on your performance and productivity + opportunity for a 2.5% quality bonus annually.
• Sign-On Bonus: $50,000 & Moving Allowance of $15,000
