Locums Orthopaedic Surgery - Harlan, KY Coverage Need

  • Facility will NOT accept multiple providers
Position Details Location: Harlan, KY Practice Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Admissions Required: No EMR System: MediTech Call Type: Beeper Call Response Time: 30 minutes Shifts: Mon-Fri 8 AM - 4:30 PM On-call Hours: 7 AM - 7 AM Open to alternate work weeks: Yes Open to 2 weeks on/2 weeks off split coverage: Yes Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days Submissions Requirements Active KY license or IMLC Board Certified or eligible Required Certifications: BLS Fellowship: 3 Skill Requirements Arthroscopy Total Joint Replacement: Hip, Knee, Other Joint Revision or Repair: Shoulder, Hip, Knee, Other (Preferred) Tendon Release/Repair General Orthopedics: Total Joints, Fractures, Carpal Tunnels, Arthroscopies Additional Details No mid-level support available One ortho provider in the community, no other employed at this time Tri-Cities Airport is the nearest airport Vendor-provided insurance
