Position: Permanent MD/DO - Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
Location: Saginaw, Michigan
Key Responsibilities:
Provide specialized orthopedic trauma care, including the evaluation and surgical management of complex fractures and musculoskeletal injuries.
Perform emergency and elective orthopedic procedures in a high-acuity setting.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including emergency medicine, general surgery, and rehabilitation specialists.
Participate in call coverage for orthopedic trauma cases.
Educate and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows as needed.
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
Board-certified or board-eligible MD/DO in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma.
Active Michigan medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
Experience in a high-volume trauma center preferred.
Strong surgical skills and ability to handle complex trauma cases.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
