Eastern Illinois Orthopedic practice is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon at a 25 bed critical access Hospital just an hour away from St. Louis, MO. Very nice compensation plan and full benefits. Condering part-time providers as well. Indendently owned system with excellent retirement benefits as well.
Hospital Employee . Minimal Call Ratio. Annual Salary. WRVU production incentives. Loan Forgiveness available. Relocation Bonus available. CME time and money available. 403B. $696,000 base salary. $75,000 sign on bonus. 403b with 50% match, amazing additional plan that is all hospital money (5% of base for years 1-5, increases to 10% after vesting after year 5). CERNER is EMR. $60,000 retention bonus.
