Job Description

General Orthopedics; fracture care, infection care. Joint surgery is a priority and required.
Board Certified. Active IA license preferred; IMLC LOQ will be considered.

Working Hours

Hourly Orientation Rate: Anywhere from 4-6 hours (TBD)
Monday through Thursday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday 8:00am – 4:00pm
Hospital is 24/7
Daily Rate to include 0-8 hours
OT/Callback rate/hour
Weeknight Pager Fee
24-hour weekend call rate (to include 4 hours gratis)
*No OT/CB billing for locum to chart after hours*
