Our client, an orthopedic and spine treatment center specializing in minimally invasive spine surgery, is hiring an Orthopedic Surgeon. Play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional orthopedic care to a diverse patient population.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, evaluate, and treat patients with knee and shoulder injuries and conditions.
  • Utilize advanced diagnostic techniques, evidence-based treatment modalities, and surgical interventions when necessary.
  • Perform a wide range of surgical procedures, including but not limited to arthroscopic surgery, ligament reconstruction, cartilage restoration, meniscal repair, rotator cuff repair, labral repair, shoulder stabilization procedures, and joint replacement (arthroplasty).
  • Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs, goals, and preferences.
  • Ensure optimal outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction through personalized care.
  • Collaborate closely with primary care physicians, physical therapists, athletic trainers, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Foster a team-based approach to treatment, providing coordinated and multidisciplinary care for patients.
  • Educate patients, families, and the community about musculoskeletal health, injury prevention strategies, and the latest advancements in orthopedic treatment and rehabilitation.
  • Contribute to patient empowerment and community wellness through informative outreach and engagement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Orthopedic Surgery with fellowship training in Sports Medicine.
  • Demonstrated expertise in diagnosing, treating, and managing knee and shoulder injuries.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in minimally invasive surgical techniques to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Proficiency in a broad range of surgical procedures, particularly minimally invasive techniques.
  • Strong commitment to patient-centered care and multidisciplinary collaboration.
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment.
