A facility in Redding, CA is looking for Orthopedic Surgery coverage 8-12 days per month starting April 2025 and is ongoing for 9-12 months. Would you be interested in helping out?

  • Date: April 2025 ongoing for 9-12 months
  • Schedule: 24hr call, 7a-7a, 8-12 days per month
  • Practice Setting: Acute Care, Level 2 Trauma Center (acts as Level 1)
  • Patient Volume: 20-30 patients on service per day
  • Types of cases: general orthopedic and traumatic orthopedic injuries, preferred training/experience in hand surgery
  • Duties: ED call, rounds, consultations
  • Support Staff: Hospital has hospital-based APPs that support the ortho-spine service line
  • EMR: Cerner Care B
  • Requirements: CA license, BC, BLS, DEA, Fellowship trained in Ortho Trauma is required
  • Credentialing: 60-90 days
