**Orthopedic Surgery Opening in Montgomery, AL** Birmingham 80m Service Area/Catchment: 400,000 Seeking first Orthopedic physician to join the multi-specialty clinic, with plans to recruit additional ortho physicians immediately. Clinic is the area's largest multi-specialty clinic with over 100 providers and 14 different specialties. * Clinic based in Montgomery with satellite locations possible in Greenville, Wetumpka, Tallassee, Prattville, and Troy. * Expected Physician will have full autonomy in the way they structure their schedule. For example, most surgeons are in OR or Surgery Center 3 days a week and clinic 2 days a week. * Clinic Call: physicians are on call for their own patients * Established and growing primary care group, emergency room, and hospitalist physicians * Excellent nursing and clinic support staff, OR techs, etc. * Open to adding CRNP's or PAs to assist. * Rehab associates physician therapy with orthopedic rehabilitation, pre/post operative care, spine program, and sports medicine. * Board eligibility or certification required **Compensation Package Overview** * Base Guarantee (2 year Guarantee) * Productivity Bonus (wRVU) * Sign On/Commencement Bonus * Relocation **Highlights** * Excellent opportunity to build a practice to incoming physicians' specifications * Ortho program will be built around incoming provider * Huge referral base of primary care providers * Excellent adminsitrative support - transparent administration * Very collegial group with excellent relationships with the private group * Fast turnover times in the Surgery Center and Hospital suites * Strong hospital based groups: radiology, hospitalists, anesthesia, and pathology to collaborate for the care of patients
