JOB DESCRIPTION:
Two medical centers in Texas are seeking a BC/BE orthopedic surgeon to provide general orthopedic care. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience and be comfortable practicing solo in a smaller town setting.
The structure would include clinic and OR time in each market weekly. As the practice grows, there will be APP assistance added for efficiency. Spanish bilingual preferred.
The package may include:
Comp is MGMA median or better based on experience
Both markets have superb quarterly bonus potential based on productivity
