Provider’s Role with the Company: Orthopedic Surgeon
- Location: Knoxville, TN
- General orthopedics and arthroplasty, including lower extremity total joint replacements, with other areas of focus also welcome.
- Supported by an experienced APP and a skilled staff team.
- A dedicated orthopedic OR suite with specialized support at a modern hospital offering on-site specialty services like cardiology and pulmonology, along with telehealth options for additional services such as intensivist and nephrology.
- Hospital call is 12 days per month with flexible scheduling.
- Office call is shared with other institutions.
- The clinic is connected to the hospital and conveniently located next to a state-of-the-art physical therapy department.
- Serves as a role model of professionalism to all members of the interdisciplinary health care team. Collaborates with all other practitioners and clinical support staff to form a high performing team.
- Provides high-value care; demonstrates good stewardship of resources by limiting unnecessary testing and referrals; and considers risks, benefits, and patient preferences when making diagnostic or therapeutic intervention decisions.
- Documents all patient care activities and services provided in the electronic health record. Documentation must be clear, concise, accurate, updated, and in sufficient detail to allow another provider to continue the patient’s care as well as to allow other parties to review the safety and quality of care provided.

- Ability to hold an unrestricted state of Tennessee MD or DO licensure
