We are a leading rural healthcare provider in North Dakota committed to expanding access to specialized care. We are seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join our team and contribute to our mission of serving the community. You’ll have the opportunity to adopt an established, consistent patient base.

Practice Setting:

  • 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
  • Make an impact with a growing patient panel
    • We are the only surgical or birthing center within a 90-mile radius
  • Modern campus with comprehensive services:
    • Clinic, imaging, surgery, patient care unit, and rehab services
  • You will join an established orthopedic team:
    • Mayo-trained orthopedic surgeon, podiatrists, advanced practice providers, dedicated nursing staff, and athletic trainers
    • Comprehensive on-site resources

Flexible Schedule:

  • 4.5 days for clinic and surgery
  • Plus dedicated time for admin

Cases and Procedures:

  • Diverse patient population, mix of long-time residents and new families
  • Wide range of needs from joint replacements to sports medicine
  • Your time will be protected:
    • APPs handle initial visits and post-surgical follow-ups, allowing you to focus on specialized procedures

Financial & Benefits:

  • Up to $800k within the first year
  • Guaranteed salary minimum of $650,000
    • With potential for more based on experience and performance
  • $50,000 signing bonus
  • $30,000 retention bonuses (annually)
