Hospital: Are down to only 2 surgeons. They will cover the rest of the weekends. Hoping to have our new surgeon here by March, but that gives us only 3 surgeons still. We would most likely still be using 1 locum to cover 1 weekend per month still.

DETAILS:

• Inpatient only.
• Average patients per shift: 5-10

REQUIRED:

• MO State license required, active and unrestricted.
• Board Certification – Orthopaedic Surgery. Will consider BE (within 2-5 years of completion of training).
• Certifications Required: BLS, ATLS.
• Must have the ability to take care of orthopedic fractures and infections
• Trauma Training - Complete.

SCHEDULE:

· Needing call coverage 1 weekend per month starting Friday 7am through Monday 7am

· Already have coverage for these weekends 1/10-1/13, 2/7-2/10, and 2/28-3/3.

· Need: 1 more weekend covered in January, February, and March. 7am Friday - 7am Monday.

COMPENSATION:

• Competitive Market Rate (rate based on availability, experience, certifications, housing, and transportation needs, etc.)
