Orthopedic opportunity to live where others vacation in Northern New York State. This is a hospital employed practice joining three other surgeons with three Physician Assistants. Full support of subspecialty practice growth and eventually will be five physicians strong. You will support one hospital in one clinic. There is a catchment area of 250,000.
Annual salary: guarantee $584,000 (in addition to WRVU bonus model) - Year 1. Annual salary: guarantee $634,000 - Year 2 - 4. Signing bonus: $50,000. Education Loan repayment: $30,000 each year. Excellent benefits package. Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out. Joint Orthopedic Surgeons highly desired - large Joint patient volume available. Level III trauma center, bread, and butter Ortho, complex injuries shipped out. OR: Dedicated block time, flip rooms, Mako Robot. 290-bed hospital; medical staff of 180 physicians representing 42 specialties. Largest community-based hospital in Northern New York. Construction is about to begin on a brand new state-of-the-art Orthopaedic office building on the main campus of the hospital (expected opening in early 2024). Not-for-profit organization, independent, financially stable. Teaching opportunities are available with accredited ACGME/AOA programs.
