Location: Located 50 miles east Of Cleveland, OH, 40 minutes west Of Erie, PA, and 4 hours southwest of Toronto!

Facility: A prominent healthcare facility, a 186-bed community hospital

Opportunity:
  • Monday-Friday 7:30 am-4:00 pm + On call
  • Outpatient Clinic, Hospital, and Surgical Blocks Practice Setting
  • 2 Physicians Currently in Practice
  • 95+% of the Practice is Office/Clinic, <5% of the Practice is Inpatient
  • Lab onsite
  • X-Ray onsite
  • 2-3 Exam Rooms
  • Office Ancillary Staff: 1 Nurse and 1 Receptionist
  • EMR - EPIC
  • Trauma Level I
  • Qualify for federal school loan forgiveness program
Compensation:
  • Market-competitive compensation as follows MGMA guidelines and is based on experience (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
  • 3-year contract structure (to be discussed at interview): Guaranteed salary for years one and two (plus bonus incentive); year three productivity (with bonus incentive)
