Independent Orthopedic Practice
Not affiliated with PE

Open due to expansion and succession planning.
Tremendous opportunity to have a full practice - fast!
Strong demand for Orthopedics in the service area where there's little competition so you'll be a big fish in a small pond here.
The new Surgeon will be assisted by one of the current Ortho PAs to assimilate quickly to the practice.
This practice has three locations.
1 in 4 level zero Call for unassigned patients. It's easy work, maybe 10 calls per night and all phone call only. Current surgeon hasn't had to go in for the last five years. He talks with the ER then goes in the next day.
The demand is strong enough that all sub-specialty trained and General Orthopedic Surgeons can do quite well here.
With a comfortable base salary and Call stipend, first year earnings are expected to be no less than $470,000. If you work hard and/or take extras call, then high 500s is very obtainable. In year three, your earnings should be much, much higher. The current surgeon has a track record of earning in the seven figures for several of the recent years. You'll receive benefits and there is potential for relocation and/or sign-on monies.
Short track to Partnership which then you'll receive ancillaries and a separate opportunity to buy into the surgery center.
The location is on the Gulf side of the state, just outside the hustle and bustle of Tampa. It's a great place to raise a family with very low crime and a much lower cost of living. Your dollar goes a long way here. It's a short drive to the coast, to Tampa, and to Orlando.
