Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and treat orthopedic conditions affecting the extremities in patients of all ages
- Develop and implement treatment plans, including surgical procedures when necessary, to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery and incorporate them into practice
- Educate patients on their condition, treatment options, and post-operative care
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation
- Participate in on-call and emergency services as required
Requirements:
- Board certification in Orthopedic Surgery
- Texas medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Strong diagnostic and surgical skills, with a focus on extremity surgery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
