The region's premier not-for-profit health system is seeking an Orthopedic Surgeon to join their busy, established hospital employed practice in Kansas, offering an unmatched quality of life.
Practice Highlights
• Enjoy a fulfilling mix of general orthopedic & subspecialty interest with low trauma volume
• 7 days of call per month - level 3 trauma center; no spine
• Diverse patient demographic consists of a Multiethnic community with challenging heterogeneous diseases
• General orthopedic surgery position with the autonomy to build a subspecialty program with volume available in sports med, total joints in shoulders, knees, and hips
• Benefit from experienced orthopedic support staff and an extensive network of primary care
• 4 day work week that consists of 2+ OR says & 2 clinic days
Compensation Highlights
• Perpetual Base Guarantee of $700K+ with historic patient volume for $1.1 mil compensation with a full patient panel
• Visa support available
• Generous recruitment package with sign-on, student loan, and relocation. This position is eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness & Residency Stipend
• Comprehensive benefits include robust health insurance package, generous CME stipend, 401K match, 5+ weeks of vacation, paid relocation, paid sabbatical & more
