The Opportunity:
• Build your practice as you like with the ability to incorporate Sports Medicine, Joints, and more.
• Great facilities and equipment including onsite radiology, 24/7 Lab, inpatient therapy services, additional ancillaries, and access to robots.
• Support Staff includes LPN for surgeons and APP that scrubs in for cases.
• Flexibility to offer a schedule to fit your needs - great mix of OR and Clinic time.
• J1 and H1B visa support
Compensation Details:
• Salary guarantee plus additional incentives - total compensation above the 75th percentile of MGMA.
• Recruitment incentives include 150K sign-on bonus, relocation stipend and student loan forgiveness.
• Flexible paid time off and generous 10 days/year CME with stipend.
• Comprehensive benefits including extraordinary retirement plan with pension plan and 401K with outstanding employer contribution.
