The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at this medical school is seeking a fellowship trained, BE/BC orthopaedic tumor surgeon, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of tumor diseases and complex joint and limb reconstruction to join the Department of Orthopaedic Surgery. The practice The University of South Alabama maintains a Level I Trauma Center with over 2,000 trauma admissions per year, and the region's largest trauma center.
The successful candidate will have a keen interest in academic surgery in the areas of patient care, resident and student education, and trauma-related clinical and translational research.
