Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon Opening in Appleton, WI (Permanent) 30 minutes to Green Bay Full-time 1.0 FTE position with a call schedule of 1:4. 4 OR days and 1 clinic day per week with 20-30% clinic and 70-80% surgery. Level II Trauma Center with a high volume of complex cases. Orthopedic Trauma fellowship required. Patient load: 20 per day in clinic, 4 surgical cases per day. Work within a fully integrated Orthopedic, Spine & Pain Center, ensuring collaborative, patient-centered care. Access to multidisciplinary specialists, including sports medicine, therapy services, neurology, neurosurgery, and interventional pain management. Requirements: MD or DO with Board Certification/Eligibility in Orthopedic Surgery. Fellowship training in Orthopedic Trauma required. Strong surgical skills and ability to manage high-acuity trauma cases. Appleton, WI, is part of the Fox Cities region, offering a mix of small-town charm and metropolitan amenities.
