**Ortho Trauma opening in New York**
-Located in Cooperstown, NY.
-Full Time & Permanent Position.
A progressive, academic health system in central New York, major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking an Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon to join our staff.
Fellowship training encouraged but not a requirement. This surgeon would have access to an OR for urgent and cold trauma cases in a room reserved for emergent surgery. There would also be time allotted for elective trauma reconstructive practice. There are separate call schedules for Spine and Hand. The practice covers one centrally located ER.
**Job Description & Responsibilities**
-Join an established group of Orthopedic Surgeons and Advanced Practice Clinicians (APC).
-General Orthopedic Call 1:12 with Orthopedic Hospitalist.
-Closed Medical Staff with over 260 Members with 120 Primary Care Providers Support.
-Large Referral Base.
-Salary Range: $588,390 - $690,684. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
-Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000.
