Locums – Cottonwood, Arizona, Orthopedics Trauma Surgery Job (Willing to License)

- Nov 27 (7am) - Dec 1(7am)
- Dec 24 (7am) - Jan 1 (7am)
- 24 hour beeper call
- Orthopedic Trauma Surgery
- Amount of Coverage Needed per Month: 1 week
- Support Staff: Full APP support during the day and call-in APP support at night for first assist as needed
- Patients Per Day: Average surgical cases are 2 per day, minimal PM coverage needs (especially after 10PM. Average of 6 new consults/day
- Patient Population/Age: Adult
- Department Description: Hospital, 24 hour beeper coverage
- EMR: Cerner
- Special Procedures: Manage pelvic and acetabular fractures (not required). Peds would also be preferred but not required
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Beds in Facility: 87
- Board Certified/Board Eligible – Required
- Active AZ License – Required or IMLC LOQ
- DEA – Required
- ATLS – Required
- ACLS – Preferred
- Minimum Experience Required: 1 year
