Job Description
An orthopedic group in Martinsburg, West Virginia has an opening for an Orthopedic-Trauma Surgeon due to the growth and demand of the community (Fellow training in Orthopedic Trauma surgery is required).
Opportunity
- Need for 2 orthopedic trauma surgeons to work at a Level 3 Trauma Hospital
- The primary hospital is 195 beds; the secondary is a 25-bed critical care access facility (18 miles away)
- Call is less than 5 calls/night; rarely would you be required to come in for cases
- 1:3 call per month
- Subspecialty interest in total joint and shoulder is welcome
- Opportunity for Medical Director role
- Opportunity for some teaching of IM Residents rotating through the program is available
Compensation/Benefits
- First-year guaranteed base salary commensurate with the MGMA median
- Productivity based on RVU?s
- Guaranteed Base salary + Incentive (2-year initial term)
