Schedule

  • Work Week:
    • 2 OR blocks per week
    • 2 clinic days per week
  • Call Duties:
    • 7 days of orthopedic call per month

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Compensation: Salary around the 75th percentile of MGMA with potential earnings over $1M.
  • Signing Bonus: Up to $150,000
  • Relocation Bonus: Up to $15,000
  • Student Loan Assistance: $50,000 per contract per year.
  • Retirement Benefits: 4% match with 2% contribution.
  • Reimbursement for State License and DEA.
  • Medical Malpractice Insurance Coverage.
  • 100% Coverage of Family Health Insurance Premiums.
  • Paid Time Off: 4 weeks, plus an additional week for Continuing Medical Education (CME).
