**Orthopedic Sport Medicine Surgeon opening in Great Falls, MT** - Located 90 miles from Helena and 160 miles from Missoula **Position Details:** - Full-time, permanent - Hospital Employed - Seeking an Orthopedic Sport Medicine surgeon to join our dedicated team of 6 orthopedic surgeons and 5 surgical advanced practice providers. - Great opportunity for a robust sports medicine practice joining a long-term orthopedic team including: traumatologist, generalists, total joint revisionists, hand, shoulder, mid-level support + neurosurgical spine - Schedule is typically Monday Friday with shared group call and dedicated OR time - Devoted resources including occupational therapy within the clinic in addition to robust therapy options in the building and a same day orthopedic injury center attached to the practice. - 10 main ORs + ASC, 2 Davinci robots with O-arm and Hana table + ROSA robot - 33 bed emergency department with 3 large trauma bays, CT scan staffed 24/7 and 2 dedicated board-certified EM physicians on shift at all hours - In house air ambulance program with fixed wing and rotor wing for inbound and outbound transport - Dedicated ICU intensivists 24/7 in 21 bed mixed-ICU - Robust hospitalist team, including swing and night shift admitters **Compensation and Benefits:** - Competitive salary + bonus structure - 8 weeks paid time off (6 PTO, 2 CME) - Generous sign-on / relocation bonus - Annual $5,000 CME + $1,000 license/dues - 5-7% retirement match + 457b program - Paid malpractice + tail - Physician wellness programs focused on personal and professional development - Monthly meetings with highest-level physician and administrative leadership to bring ideas forward and solve issues **Great Falls Community Information** - Populated with 60,000 residents and regionally supports nearly 260,000 rural Montana residents - Nationally-ranked public schools and two accredited colleges - Is equidistant from Glacier National Park and Yellowstone National Park - Boasts four genuine seasons and blue skies over 300 days a year - Has an international airport with direct flights to Denver, Minneapolis, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Seattle and more - Divided by the Missouri River, a world-class fly fishing and watersport destination - Dominated by agriculture and outdoor adventure including, camping, hiking, horseback riding, water & snow skiing, rock & ice climbing, boating, off-road motorsports, upland bird, waterfowl, and big game hunting
