Purpose of Regenerative Orthopedic/Sports Medicine Doctor & Injection Specialist

The Regenerative Orthopedic Doctor & Injection Specialist is responsible for the treatment and care of patients with innovative regenerative medicine techniques.

Position Responsibilities

  1. Patient Care
    • Consult and educate potential patients on the benefits of UC-MSC for orthopedic and MSK conditions, how treatments are administered, dosing recommendations, potential risks, and protocols.
    • Diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions using regenerative medicine techniques, including but not limited to UC-MSC, exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), and other innovative approaches.
    • Conduct thorough patient assessments, medical histories, and physical examinations to formulate accurate diagnoses.
    • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
    • Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.
    • Stay current on advancements in regenerative medicine, attend conferences, and participate in continuous medical education to maintain expertise in the field.

    • Maintain accurate and secure records of stem cells, resources, and equipment

  1. Data Collection
  • Utilize platforms such as RegenMed/Incytes during follow-up care
  • Assist staff in collecting treatment outcome assessments
  • Provide clear, concise information as required

  • Maintains secure, accurate, and timely records
  • Clearly and consistently document research and laboratory finding and information

  • Critical thinking for procedures and problem solving
  • Ability to analytically relay information and results
  • Collaboration with other researchers, scientists, and professionals

Knowledge and experience

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
  • Current Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery or similar preferred
  • Valid medical license in Arizona and in good standing with relevant Medical Boards
  • Minimum 5 years Orthopedic experience
  • Fellowship or specialized training in Regenerative Medicine and procedures
  • Proven experience in diagnosing and treating musculoskeletal conditions; with a focus on regenerative techniques
  • Experience with injection treatment and patient care
  • Ability to work independently with confidence
  • Attention to detail and organization while multi-tasking
  • Reporting and analytics
  • Written and verbal communication skills with a patient-centric approach to helping people

Qualifications

- Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from an accredited medical school
- Current Board Certification in Orthopedic Surgery or similar preferred
- Valid medical license in Arizona and in good standing with relevant Medical Boards
